Форма не отправляет данные на сервер сайта. Текст заявки формируется в вашем браузере и передаётся только после того, как вы самостоятельно нажимаете кнопку отправки в Telegram.
1. Какие данные используются
Для предварительной оценки могут быть указаны имя, контакт в Telegram, состав семьи, рассматриваемая программа, предполагаемый срок переезда и сведения, которые клиент добровольно добавляет в комментарии.
2. Цель обработки
Данные используются для ответа на обращение, предварительной оценки ситуации, подготовки индивидуального предложения и дальнейшего общения по запросу клиента.
3. Как передаются данные
После подтверждения формы сайт создаёт готовый текст заявки. При переходе в Telegram клиент самостоятельно отправляет его аккаунту @france_concierge. Передача и дальнейшая обработка в Telegram регулируются условиями и политикой конфиденциальности Telegram.
4. Хранение и получатели
Сайт не создаёт собственную базу заявок. Сообщение может сохраняться в переписке Telegram на срок, необходимый для обработки обращения и исполнения согласованных обязательств. Доступ предоставляется только лицам, которым он необходим для ответа или оказания отдельно согласованных услуг.
5. Права клиента
Клиент может попросить уточнить или удалить сведения из рабочей переписки, если их сохранение не требуется по договору или применимому законодательству. Для этого следует обратиться в Telegram: @france_concierge.
6. Источники посещения
Сайт может сохранять в пределах текущего сеанса рекламные метки UTM, чтобы указать источник обращения в тексте заявки. Эти метки не используются для самостоятельной идентификации посетителя.

The form does not send information to the website server. Your enquiry is prepared in your browser and is transmitted only when you choose to send it through Telegram.
1. Information used
For an initial assessment, you may provide your name, Telegram contact, household composition, programme of interest, preferred timing and any information you voluntarily include in the comments.
2. Purpose
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, make an initial assessment, prepare an individual proposal and continue communication at your request.
3. Transmission
After the form is confirmed, the website prepares the enquiry text. By opening Telegram, you send it yourself to @france_concierge. Transmission and subsequent processing within Telegram are governed by Telegram’s terms and privacy policy.
4. Storage and recipients
The website does not create its own enquiry database. A message may remain in Telegram correspondence for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and perform agreed obligations. Access is limited to people who need it to respond or provide separately agreed services.
5. Your choices
You may ask for information in the working correspondence to be corrected or deleted where retention is not required by an agreement or applicable law. Contact @france_concierge.
6. Visit attribution
The website may retain UTM campaign parameters for the current session so the source of an enquiry can be included in its text. These parameters are not used by the website to identify a visitor independently.

Le formulaire n’envoie aucune donnée au serveur du site. La demande est préparée dans votre navigateur et n’est transmise que lorsque vous choisissez de l’envoyer dans Telegram.

Pour l’évaluation préliminaire, vous pouvez indiquer votre nom, votre contact Telegram, la composition du foyer, le programme envisagé, le calendrier souhaité et toute information ajoutée volontairement dans le commentaire.
2. Finalité
Les informations servent à répondre à votre demande, effectuer une première évaluation, préparer une proposition individuelle et poursuivre les échanges à votre demande.
3. Transmission
Après validation du formulaire, le site prépare le texte de la demande. En ouvrant Telegram, vous l’envoyez vous-même à @france_concierge. La transmission et le traitement ultérieur dans Telegram sont régis par les conditions et la politique de confidentialité de Telegram.
4. Conservation et destinataires
Le site ne crée pas sa propre base de demandes. Un message peut rester dans la conversation Telegram pendant la durée nécessaire au traitement de la demande et à l’exécution des obligations convenues. L’accès est limité aux personnes qui en ont besoin pour répondre ou fournir les prestations convenues séparément.
5. Vos choix
Vous pouvez demander la rectification ou la suppression des informations figurant dans les échanges de travail lorsque leur conservation n’est pas exigée par un contrat ou la loi applicable. Contactez @france_concierge.
6. Attribution de la visite
Le site peut conserver les paramètres de campagne UTM pendant la session afin d’indiquer la source de la demande dans son texte. Ces paramètres ne servent pas au site à identifier le visiteur de manière autonome.
